Manufactured by Speck Pumps, this multi-port valve is designed to fit the two, three, and four bag Speck Aquaswim swimming pool sand filters, offering reliability, efficiency, and optimal filtration performance.
The MPV is a key component of your pool’s filtration system, directing the flow of water to various pool functions. Whether it’s backwashing the filter to remove dirt and debris, bypassing the filter sand bed, or shutting off water flow entirely, the Speck Aquaswim MPV allows you to easily switch between different operations.
Please note: This is a side-mounted Speck Aquaswim MPV, and it will not fit on the Speck top mount MPV filters.

Operation Instructions:
- Filter: Filters out sediment and dirt from the pool water.
- Backwash: Dislodges and washes away dirt from the sand bed. Backwash for 3-5 minutes or until the water in the sight glass is clear.
- Rinse: Used after backwashing to rinse and settle the sand before returning to filter mode.
- Recirculate: Bypasses the filter sand bed.
- Waste: Directly pumps the pool water to the waste line, bypassing the filter sand bed. Useful when the pool has a large buildup of dirt and leaves.
- Closed: Shuts off the water from the pump from passing through the filter. Use this position when cleaning the primary strainer.
Note: Do not operate the pump with the valve in the closed position or when switching valve positions.
